What are the benefits of RBL rewards membership?

RBL Bank customers now would be rewarded for every transaction they make using their Credit card and also have the option to speed their accrual process by interacting with their Partners who are leading brands in their respective domains. The RBL rewards points can be redeemed to procure a wide range of products like Airline Tickets, Bus Tickets, Electronic Items, Home, Fashion, Beauty products etc. The more you spend the more you get rewarded.

How do I become a member?

As a RBL Bank Credit Card Holder you are automatically enrolled as a RBL rewards member. All you need to do is activate your account.

How do I activate my account?
A.
You can activate your account by visiting the RBL rewards website www.rblrewards.com and click on the Activate My Account link. You will have to fill in a few details and your account would be activated. Alternatively, you can call our RBL rewards Service Centre to get your account activated.

Can I join RBL rewards if I live outside India but I am an Indian citizen?

As long as you hold a RBL Bank Credit card, you can join RBL rewards.

Is RBL rewards open for Non- Indian citizens?

Yes, if you are resident of India and hold a RBL Bank Credit card you automatically become a member of RBL rewards

Are there any minimum points required to redeem your Reward points
A.
You can use any number of Reward points to make your purchase, with the exception of Prepaid mobile recharge. You are required to redeem at least 1000 Reward points in one recharge across your RBL Bank Credit Card accounts or SuperCard Credit Card accounts.
Please note, in case you have a RBL Bank Credit Card and a SuperCard Credit Card
account, you will not be allowed to redeem less than 1000 Reward points for prepaid mobile recharge for each of these card accounts.

Can I club the reward points of more than one card to make a purchase?
A.
You can use a combination of Reward points from select card accounts to make a purchase. You will not be able to club points of your RBL Bank Credit Card with those in your SuperCard account. However, if you have more than one SuperCard in your account , you will be able to club these points to make your purchase.
