RBL BANK CREDIT CARDS REWARDS PROGRAMME TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) shall be applicable to the Card Member(s) (as defined hereinafter) and shall regulate the provisions of the specified products and services provided and offers made by the RBL Bank Limited (“RBL Bank” or “Bank”) in relation to the Rewards Program that allows eligible Card Members to earn Reward Points by using their Credit Card (as defined hereinafter). These Terms and Conditions shall be read in conjunction with, and not in derogation to the terms and conditions contained under the Cardmember Agreement Unless otherwise specified, the terms and expressions contained herein shall have the same meaning as ascribed to them in the Cardmember Agreement.
No Guarantees or Representations
Please note that RBL Bank does not guarantee or make any representations regarding the offers made by merchants. RBL Bank shall not be responsible for the sale, quality, features, or availability of any products or services listed on the Site. Any purchase of products or services through Rewards Points shall be made solely between the Card Member and merchants. RBL Bank merely facilitates the payment through its Credit Card facility. The products or services offered by merchants on the Site may also be available at other stores or online platforms. Card Member(s) are advised to use their discretion and compare offers before making a purchase. RBL Bank shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience suffered by the Card Member due to the purchase or use of any products or services listed on the Site. However, RBL Bank will support the Card Member to get the best possible resolution.
By using the Site, Card Member acknowledge and agree to this Disclaimer and the Terms and Conditions mentioned hereunder.
1.1 “Company” shall mean EasyRewardz Software Services Private Limited for managing and publishing the Rewards Program on the Site.
1.2 “Credit Card” shall mean RBL Credit Cards and Super Card issued by RBL Bank excluding Zomato Edition, Edition Classic and Popcorn Credit Cards.
1.3 "Delinquent Account" shall mean a Card Account in which payment of total due amount (TAD) and/or the minimum amount due (MAD) has not been made by the Card Member for 30 or more than 30 days past due date.
1.4 “Program” shall mean RBL Bank reward scheme for the Card Members to redeem Reward Points accumulated on the Credit Cards.
1.5 “Reward Points” shall mean the reward points awarded by RBL Bank under the RBL Bank reward scheme.
1.6 “Site” shall mean www.rblrewards.com, www.rblrewards.com and redemption options on MyCard mobile application.
1.7 “Valid Charge”means a charge incurred by the Card Member for the purchase of goods or services on the Credit Card and any other charge that may be included by RBL Bank from time to time for the purpose of inclusion in the RBL Bank Reward Point Program.
1.8 “Card Member(s)” means the customer to whom a Credit Card has been issued by RBL Bank Limited.
1.9 “Super Card” means Credit Card issued by RBL Bank Limited in co-branded partnership with Bajaj Finance Limited.
2.1 The RBL Bank Rewards Program shall be available to Card Member/s holding select Credit Cards only.
2.2 Under the Program, RBL Bank shall award Reward Points for valid charges incurred by the Card Member on select RBL Bank Credit Cards.
2.3 The Reward Points, as earned by the Card Member shall be indicated in the monthly Statement sent to the Card Member in addition to the RBL MyCard Mobile Application and RBL MoBank Application.
2.4 The Card Member can redeem his/ her accumulated Reward Points against redemption offers made by RBL Bank from time to time. Upon redemption, Reward Points so redeemed shall automatically stand reduced/debited from the accumulated Reward Points in the Card Account.

2.5.1 Exceptions to above clause 2.5 - Points Eligibility & Classification Basis Payment modes allowed on the site
- (a) While redemption, the clubbing of a RBL Bank Credit Card & Super Card is not allowed, Points clubbing is allowed for either two eligible RBL Bank Credit Cards or two eligible Super Cards.
- (b) Redemption of the Premium Insignia Vouchers available for the select Insignia Credit card holders can only be done using the Select Insignia Cards and it cannot be clubbed to pool the available reward points with any other credit card.
3.1 Reward points accrual varies for each Credit Card-, please refer the RBL Bank Credit Cards Website or MyCard App and select your card – https://www.rblbank.com/personal-banking/cards/credit-cards for more details.
3.2 RBL Bank reserves the right to amend changes and terms of use as per its sole discretion with or without any prior notice or communication. However, changes inclusive of the ones being amended, modified to the Credit Card – Most Important Terms & Conditions (MITC) are always informed and communicated to the customer not their registered email and & & phone number.

3.4 Unless specified otherwise, transactions conducted may be subject to certain exclusions. The classification of merchants for these transactions is determined by Merchant Category Codes (MCC), which are assigned by the payment network.
3.5 Cardmember hereby agrees that RBL Bank has no control over the MCC assigned to merchants and accordingly, cannot process any requests or representations regarding the same.
3.6 Adjustments to Reward Points will be made for any credits, including returns of goods or services, billing disputes, or excess credit by RBL Bank. If a disputed transaction is resolved in favour of the Card Member or if a transaction is reversed, the corresponding Reward Points will be credited or reversed accordingly. Likewise, if a return of goods or a disputed transaction is resolved against the Card Member, proportionate Reward Points shall stand reduced or debited from the Card Account.
4.4.1 Exceptions to the Reward Points redemption fee -
- (a) Donate orders made on any Credit Card across the eligible Credit Cards
- (b) Any redemption made on the below:
- (i) RBL Bank Insignia Preferred Banking Credit Card
- (ii) RBL Bank iGlobe Credit Card
- (c) Cashback category redemptions made on the below:
- (i) Platinum LifeEasy SuperCard(ii) Platinum ShopDaily SuperCard
- (iii) Platinum Shopsmart SuperCard
- (iv) Platinum Travel Easy SuperCard
- (v) Platinum Value Plus SuperCard
4.4.2 RBL Bank reserves the right to change or modify the exclusions mentioned herein at any point in time without prior notice or intimation.
4.5 RBL Bank reserves the right to charge convenience fees for availing the booking, cancellation, alterations, etc. services provided on the Site. RBL Bank further reserves the right to revise all fees from time to time, without notice. Card Members shall be liable to pay all applicable charges, fees, duties, levies, and taxes for availing the aforementioned services.
4.6 The Reward Points accrued can be redeemed by the primary Card Member only.
4.7 All rewards are subject to availability and on terms prevailing at the time of Redemption.
4.8 RBL Bank retains the right to alter the number of Reward Points required to make a redemption from time to time. The redemption procedure and the additional terms and conditions for each Reward shall be set forth in the redemption certificates or vouchers or partner terms & conditions issued to the Card Member.
4.9 Information entered while redeeming points like mobile number, address, email ID will be shared with associated partners for order fulfilment.
4.10 The number of Reward Points required to make a redemption may vary depending on the category of redemption and Credit Card. In case a Card Member holds multiple primary Credit Cards of RBL Bank, the number of the Reward Points required to make a purchase may change depending on the Credit Card selected by the Card Member at the time of payment. Also, the Card Member can only use a combination of two Primary RBL Bank Credit Card or two Primary BFL-RBL Credit Card but not a combination of RBL Bank Credit Card and Super Card at redemption.
5.1 Reward Points accumulated that are not redeemed by the Card Member within twenty-four (24) months will expire and stand forfeited. Notwithstanding anything stated herein, such limitation will not be applicable on Insignia Preferred Banking Credit Card, iGlobe Credit Card
5.2 In the event Credit Card is voluntarily closed by the Card Member or blocked / suspended by the Bank, any outstanding Reward Points of RBL Bank Card shall automatically lapse and shall stand forfeited.
5.3 If during the period of any promotional scheme offered by RBL Bank or thereafter, the use of the Card is withdrawn, or cancelled, or is liable to be cancelled, or the Card Account is termed as a delinquent account, then any offer/benefit including but not limited to gift/discounts/cash-back offered during the promotion period shall ipso facto stand immediately and automatically cancelled for the Card Member.
5.4 Cardmembers will earn the Reward Points as defined in respective product terms & conditions. However, offline UPI transactions under INR 2000 made at small merchants outlets through the Credit Card with RuPay network will not be eligible for base Rewards Points, voucher benefits, milestone benefits or any other product benefits, unless stated otherwise. For abundant clarity, small merchants in this case means merchants with turnover of not more than INR 20 lakh during the previous financial year and is identified by the respective card network service.
6.1 RBL Bank or Company shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or delays that may result from availing such products or services.
6.2 RBL Bank shall not be held responsible where any manufacturer's supplier of products offered to Card Member/s withdraws, cancels, alters or amends the products.
6.3 All products/vouchers/services available for redemption are subject to availability of the same and manufacturer's warranties/restrictions at the time of redemption
6.4 RBL Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the quality, usefulness and worthiness of the products/vouchers/services and shall not be responsible if the same are in any way found to be defective
6.5 Goods/services mentioned in the redemption catalogue are non-transferable and non-encashable
6.6 Any additional facility like meals, transportation, accommodation arrangements and/ or courier charges or further costs incurred in connection with redemption of any Reward Points shall be sole responsibility of the Card Member.
6.7 While accessing or using the services available on the Site, the Card Member shall not hold RBL Bank responsible or liable for any loss or damage, claims, costs, charges, and expenses and/ or for any personal injury that may be suffered to Card Member directly or indirectly, as a result of accessing or using the Site.
6.8 Fraud and/or abuse relating to earning and redemption of Reward Points in the Program shall result in forfeiture of the Reward Points as well as suspension and/or cancellation of the RBL Bank Card.
6.9 Card Member acknowledges and authorizes RBL Bank and the Company to share the details of the Card Member with third parties for fulfilment of redemptions.
6.10 Any taxes or other liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body or any other participating merchant establishment which may arise or accrue to a Card Member on redemption of Reward Points, as aforesaid or otherwise, shall be chargeable to the sole account of the Card Member.
6.11 RBL Bank reserves the right to cancel, modify, change or substitute the Rewards Points, the basis of computation of the Reward Points and/or terms and conditions of the Rewards Program at any time, without giving any intimation to the Card Member. RBL Bank can suspend or terminate the Program at any time, as deemed necessary, without any liability for the Reward Points earned.
7.1. Flight:
7.1.1 Convenience Fee: A convenience fee of INR 200/- (Inclusive of GST) per transaction will be charged for flight bookings.
7.1.2 Booking on Best Effort Basis: RBL Bank and the Company may book flights on a best effort basis. Card Members shall confirm the reservation status directly with the Airline as mentioned below.7.1.3 Refunds and Cancellations: Please note that refunds and cancellations shall be governed by the Airline's policy. RBL Bank will process refunds only after receiving confirmation from the Airline.
7.1.4 RBL Bank shall not be liable for any modification to the itinerary done either by the Airline and/or Card Member after the booking in Date & Time of Departure/Arrival, Extra Baggage/item Charges, Meals taken additionally over & above the at the time of booking, Seat upgrade/change, Priority services eg. skip the queue. Any charges of such nature must be borne by the Card Member(s) themselves. Hence the Card Members are requested to check the Airline’s policy(ies), terms & conditions thoroughly at the time of booking itself.
7.1.4 Site Cancellations: Card Member may made Cancellations through the Site under "My Orders" at least 24 hours before the time of departure.
7.1.5 No Partial Cancellations: Partial cancellations are not allowed under the Program. Full booking cancellation is mandatory, even if the booking includes multiple passengers.
7.1.6 Direct Airline Cancellations: For cancellations within 24 hours before time of departure (if allowed by the Airline), Card Members must cancel directly with the Airline and inform RBL Bank at customer care centre. RBL Bank shall not be responsible for ensuring cancellation. the Card Member(s) shall be held responsible for ensuring cancellation.
7.1.7 In addition to the cancellation charges by airlines, RBL Bank shall charge a cancellation fee of INR 250/- per person per sector from the Card Member.
7.1.8 Refund Timeline: Refunds of the cancellation will be processed within 30 days from the date of cancellation request and credited to the original payment account of the Card Member.
7.1.9 In case Card Member reaches out for direct cancellations with the airline: If the Card Member cancels their bookings directly with the airline, the proof of cancellation shall be provided by the Card Member to RBL Bank within 48 hours to process refund. In an event of failure to above. The Card Member shall requires sending a scanned copy of the endorsed E-Ticket confirming such cancellation by the airline.
7.1.10 Contact RBL Bank for Refunds: Card Members may contact RBL Bank for all refunds. Airlines will not process refunds for tickets booked on the Site.
7.1.11 Refund Validation: RBL Bank will process the Refunds will be processed only after the airline or online travel agent confirms the cancellation.
7.2. Hotels:
7.2.1 Booking Fee: RBL Bank shall charge a convenience fee of INR 200/- (Inclusive of GST) per booking from the Card Member.
7.2.2 Booking Confirmation: RBL Bank and the Company will make hotel bookings on a best-effort basis. Card Members should directly confirm their reservation status with the hotel.
7.2.3 Refunds and Cancellations
- (a) Refunds and cancellations shall be subject to the respective hotel’s policy.
- (b) If the hotel cannot honour a booking due to unavailability, it will provide an alternative. If this is not resolved, Card Members should inform RBL Bank for assistance immediately, RBL Bank or it’s authorised agency will liaise with concerned hotel for an amicable resolution.
- (c) The Card Member may make cancellations through the website at "My Orders" section according to the hotel’s policy, before check-in.
- (d) Cancellations made online or through RBL Bank's customer care will be only entertained by RBL Bank. In an event requests is made directly to the hotel without informing RBL Bank, RBL Bank shall not be liable to considered such cancellation request.
- (e)RBL will apply standard cancellation fee of 2% on the booking amount in addition to any hotel-specific cancellation charges.
- (f) If the Card Member does not show up and no cancellation is made, the full booking amount will be charged.
7.2.4 Failure of Confirmation: In rare cases, if a booking confirmation fails or cancel after being made, the Bank may offer alternative hotel options or a full refund. There will be no cancellation charges that will apply to the customer in such failures.
7.2.5 Claim Period: Any refund claim must be made within 24 hours from the time of issue; otherwise, it will not be considered.
7.2.6 Additional Terms: Cardmember shall read and understand specific terms from hotel alongside these terms and conditions.
7.3. Shopping:
7.3.1 Card Members may redeem a minimum of 1000 Reward Points on the Site against their Reward Points for any product available.
7.3.2 Order Tracking: Card Members may log in to the RBL Bank Rewards Website or RBL Bank MyCard App to check the dispatch or delivery status of their orders.
7.3.3 Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled on the RBL Bank Rewards Website or RBL Bank MyCard App as long as the order is in the "PROCESSING" status. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer applicable.
7.3.4 Post-Delivery Responsibility: After delivery and acceptance by the Card Member, RBL Bank and its partners are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
7.3.5 Order Tracking and Proof of Delivery: Card Members can track their orders on the "My Order" page. Proof of Delivery (POD) can be downloaded within 48 hours of delivery. For POD requests beyond 2 days, Card Members must contact Customer Service.
7.3.6. Product Returns:
7.3.6.1- Products redeemed via the Site or RBL Bank MyCard App can be returned within seven (7) days from the delivery date. Refunds will be initiated by RBL Bank once the return process begins.
7.3.6.2 -The returned product must be in its original packing, in unused condition, and should include all components. Failure to return a product after a refund has been processed may result in a charge to the Card Member's Credit Card or deduction of Reward Points.
a. In all cases mentioned below, 100% of the order amount along with the redemption fee of ₹99 plus GST/- shall be refunded back into the original payment source used by the customer.

7.3.7 Refunds: For cancelled orders or returns, RBL Bank will refund Reward Points and/or the product cost within 7 days. Refunds for points will be reflected and be usable in the next billing cycle, and refunds for cash will be visible in the Card Statement within 7 days.

7.3.9 Non-Purchase via Customer Care Centre: Products displayed on the site cannot be purchased through the call center. Redemption requests must be placed on the website.
7.3.10 Warranty and Manufacturing Defects: Cardmember shall claim warranty(ies) directly from the manufacturer. RBL Bank shall not be responsible for any manufacturing defects or deficiencies, However, RBL Bank will help in getting plausible resolution for the issue on best effort basis.
7.3.11 Communication and Order Updates: Upon successful order placement, RBL Bank or its authorized agencies will provide updates on order status through electronic means on registered phone number & email. Order status and details for shopping category orders are also provided through whatsapp. No further correspondence shall be entertained once the Proof of Delivery (POD) will be made available to the Card Member.
7.3.12 Delivery Disputes: Disputes related to delivery of products will not be processed by RBL Bank beyond 10 days from the date of delivery. If dispute arise within 10 days, RBL Bank will provide Proof of Delivery (POD) within 10 days from the date of dispute. If POD retrieval is not possible, full refund will be processed to the Card Member’s account within 2 days of dispute. The Proof of delivery (POD) will be a sufficient and binding document to establish successful delivery in case of delivery disputes.
7.3.13 Refund Process for Order Cancellations/Returns: Refunds for cancelled orders or returned items will be processed within 24 hours (for Reward Points) and 5 days (for cash). Refunds will be credited back to the original source of payment.
7.4. Vouchers:
7.4.1 Delivery: E-Vouchers will be sent only to the registered email and mobile number of the Card Member. No physical vouchers will be issued by RBL Bank.
7.4.2 Usage: E-Vouchers are valid for one-time use only on the described/selected brand’s website or outlet depending upon it’s usage criteria as defined by the brand.
7.4.3 Validity: The E-Voucher’s validity period will be mentioned in the email shared with the Card Member. The validity of E-Voucher’s cannot be extended and must be used with-in the stipulated validity period. No communication in this regard shall be entertained by RBL Bank or its authorised agency.
7.4.4 Cancellation and Refunds: E-Vouchers can be cancelled only if not fully or partially utilized. Refunds will be processed within 5 days, subject to confirmation from the respective agencies/brands.
7.4.5 Terms Acknowledgment: Card Members must review the voucher terms and conditions displayed on the Site by before the redemption.
7.4.6 Liability: In case a brand does not accept the E-Voucher, RBL Bank’s liability is limited to crediting the amount redeemed. RBL Bank shall not be further liable under any circumstances.
7.4.7 Third-Party Terms: E-Voucher terms are solely set by the merchant and/or brand issuing the voucher. RBL shall not be held liable for the terms of E-Voucher.
7.5. Recharges & Bill Payments:
7.5.1 Eligibility: Prepaid and postpaid mobile users with a minimum of 1000 Reward Points can redeem their Reward Points on the Site for mobile recharges across all Indian circles.
7.5.2 Recharge Validity: Neither RBL Bank nor the Company shall be responsible for changes in recharge plans by operators.
7.5.3 Recharge Issues: If a recharge isn't processed within 4 hours and points aren't refunded within 24 hours from the confirmation, please contact RBL Bank’s Customer Care Centre for immediate resolution. No requests will be taken after 48 hours from the time of the recharge request.
7.5.4 Bill Payments: The list of billers available on the Site may change over time. Only one-time payments are currently supported, and some billers may require registration details before accepting payments.
7.5.5 Payment Accuracy: Card Members must ensure to choose/select correct biller, Plan & Mobile number. The Bank shall not be liable for incorrect, duplicate, or non-payments due to wrong information entered.
7.5.6 Privacy Consent: By utilizing this service, the Card Member willingly authorizes the Bank to disclose any details pertaining to the Card Member's Biller, which may be collected from time to time, to third parties or Service Providers. The Card Member agrees that such information will be handled, including its use, storage, retention, transfer, transmission, and disclosure, by the Bank or any other authorized entity, in adherence to its privacy policy.
7.5.7 Payment Processing: Payments for postpaid plans may take up to 3 days to be updated by the biller. Card Member shall initiate payments early to avoid late fees/charges. RBL Bank or its authorized agency shall not be held liable in case of any delayed payments or late fee charges at operator’s end .
7.6 Donate
7.6.1 Using Reward Points: Card Members may donate using accumulated Reward Points on the Site.
7.6.2 Donate redemptions cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
7.6.3 As a gesture of appreciation for your kind contribution the standard redemption fees of ₹ 99 plus GST/- will be exempted from levy on donate orders.
7.7 Cashback
7.7.1 Eligibility: Card Members may redeem their accumulated points for cashback against their outstanding Credit Card Statement. This is applicable to all RBL Bank Credit Cards.
7.7.2 Minimum Redemption Amount: A minimum of 2,000 points is required for cashback redemption.
7.7.3 The following cards are excluded from any points capping while the cashback redemption:
- (a) Platinum LifeEasy SuperCard
- (b) Platinum ShopDaily SuperCard
- (c) Platinum Shopsmart SuperCard
- (d)Platinum Travel Easy SuperCard
- (e)Platinum Value Plus SuperCard
Please note, the card variants mentioned in 7.7.3 are currently excluded from point capping however RBL Bank reserves the right to amend this list at its sole discretion with or without prior notice to Cardmembers
8.1 The Terms and Conditions for the Rewards Program shall be read in conjunction with the Card Member Agreement. The Rewards Program does not amend any provision in the Card Member Agreement. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, in the event there is any contradiction between the Terms and Conditions of the Rewards Program and the Card Member Agreement, the terms and conditions of Card Member Agreement shall prevail.
The Cardmember agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RBL Bank Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
- (a) Any breach of the terms and conditions of the RBL Bank Credit Card Rewards Programme, Most Important Terms and Conditions, by the Cardholder.
- (b) Any misuse of the Rewards Programme or associated benefits.
- (c) Any violation of applicable laws or regulations.
- (d) Insufficient credit limit, delinquency, or card blocks.
- (e) Incorrect biller details provided by the Card Member.
- (f) Biller refusing payment acceptance.
- (g) Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters).
10.1 As long as the Card Member complies with these Terms and Conditions, the Company grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, view, and use the Site to the Card Member. The Card Member agrees not to disrupt, modify, sell, or transmit any part of the Site for business, commercial, or public purposes.
10.2 The Site is provided on an "as is" basis. RBL Bank shall not be responsible for interruptions caused by factors outside of its control, such as internet outages or maintenance. RBL Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the inability to access or use the Site..
11.1 All materials on the Site, including but not limited to audio, images, software, text, icons, and such like (the "Content"), are protected by copyright under international conventions and copyright laws. The Card Member cannot use the Content for any purpose, except as specified herein.
11.2 There are several proprietary logos, service marks and trademarks found on the Site whether owned/used by RBL Bank or any other third party. By displaying them on the Site, RBL Bank is not granting the Card Member any license to utilize those proprietary logos, service marks, or trademarks. Any unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, civil and criminal statutes.
12.1 The Card Member acknowledges that the Site, operated by RBL Bank, acts as an intermediary to facilitate the booking and redemption of tickets, hotel accommodations, recharges, and other products or voucher services. However, it is important to note that RBL Bank is not the final service provider to the Card Member. Therefore, RBL Bank shall not be held responsible for any deficiencies or lack of services provided by entities such as airlines, travel/tour operators, hotels, facilities/merchants, service providers, vendors, or resellers that the Card Member engages with because of the material available on the Site. In addition, RBL Bank holds no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses, damages, costs, or expenses incurred by the Card Member or any other individual through the usage of the Site. However, RBL Bank will help in facilitating to provide you with the best possible resolution against any inconvenience that is faced while with the Product/Service. 12.2 The liability of the Company and/or RBL Bank is limited to the amount paid by the user and retained by RBL Bank for the transaction in question. This limitation applies regardless of any future laws that might hold entities liable for losses, damages, costs, or expenses.
12.3 RBL Bank reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to add, modify, or remove any part of the above-mentioned Terms and Conditions governing the Rewards Program, without prior notice. Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions or any terms published on the Site will take effect immediately upon posting. By continuing to use the Site after such changes have been posted, a Card Member acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions.
12.4 RBL Bank, along with its associated entities ("the Company"), reserves the right to undertake any necessary measures to ensure the security, safety, and integrity of RBL Bank's systems, as well as to protect the data and interests of the Card Member. Such measures may include, but are not limited to, verifying and confirming the authenticity, enforceability, and validity of any orders or transactions placed by the Card Member on the Site.
12.5 If, in the sole and exclusive discretion of RBL Bank and/or the Company, it is determined that any orders placed on the Site reasonably fail to meet the criteria of authenticity, enforceability, or validity, RBL Bank and/or the Company reserve the right to cancel such orders without prior notice or intimation to the Card Member. Furthermore, RBL Bank and/or the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such cancellations.
12.6 RBL Bank and/or Company reserves its right to deny in its sole discretion any user access to the Site or any portion thereof without notice.
